RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Start return/exchange process by contacting at kandleologybykelly@gmail.com
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, I will evaluate the request and notify you via email of approval or disapproval. Upon approval you be will automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, if takes time for your banking institution to process your refund.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contacting us immediately will allow for a quick solution to the problem.
If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of the item(s) along with photos and a description of the items. Report damaged items within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time.
For all returns, refunds, or exchanges require the receipt or some form of proof of purchase.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when subjected to warm temperature during shipping. Kandleology By Kelly cannot be held liable for products that have been left in hot temperatures for long periods of time.
It is strongly recommended to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package.
If packages are left outside in hot temperatures, we cannot be held liable for such damage.

Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each lighting. Burn your candle for 3-4 hours at a time to ensure a proper melt pool. Do not burn the candle for over 4 hours. Keep the candle on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Do not leave unattended when lit. Keep away from foreign objects and flammables. Do not add water.
