How long before my order ships?

Most orders ship within 2-5 days assuming the items were in stock, there were no changes to the order, and depending on shipping service selected during checkout if applicable. In the event there may be a particular delay do to unforeseen circumstances we will reach out.

How do I keep my candles looking amazing?

Accepted Answer

Candles discolor and/or fade when they are exposed to sun light for long periods of time.  I do not recommend displaying your candles for long periods in direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting.  In addition, at approx. 80 Degrees Fahrenheit the wax will soften. Store candles in a cool, dry places.

What kind of Wax do you use?

All of my candles are made of 100% SOY.

What kind of Wicks do you use?

I use various types of wicks depending on the Wax type and Diameter of the candle.  The proper wick size is essential for:
Hot throw
Safety
Performance

Do I really need to trim the wick?

Accepted Answer

Yes, You should trim the wick. Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting your candle.

How can I avoid making the candle smoke when I extinguish the flame?

Accepted Answer

There are a couple of ways:  A 'Wick Snuffer' and using the fire/heat resistant lid of the candle.
